First day of attachment, totally a test of endurance.
For the first 1 hr, it was juz briefing and signing of stuff. Nth much, so when we each went off to the departments we were sent to, i was tinking, hey, maybe got sth to do liao.
So i went into the lab, self introductions lasted 5 min, and they asked me to sit down. Then, they took out a set of notes & 3 books and say i was supposed to read all these for background knowledge and for info on wad i'm supposed to do.
3 BOOKS AND A SET OF NOTES??????
After that, it was the battle to see how long HM's endurance can last. I tink i did quite gd, normally i would be KOed in 10 min, but this time, i lasted from 9 - 4, not counting the tea and lunch breaks in between. I even finished reading one book la! Impressive, in my opinion.
Then, zhun zhun at 4pm, i fell asleep.
The woman in charge of me spotted me slping and knocked on my table. At 1st i didn't noe, thought it was part of the machine background. It was only until the 3rd knock when i realised, eh, sounds like someone is knocking on the table.
So she got convinced that i was bored to death juz by reading all those stuff and decided that i need a walk around the factory and labs to see the various machinery. Ok la, better than asking me to sit there and read abt metalization and all the various types of polymers, it's enuff to make me fall asleep.
The worst has yet to come. So i asked her when can i start work, she replied, "orh, ur laminating materials and products have not come yet, they'll probably come by next wk, so by then, u can start"
O.O U expect me to sit there and read every book u have? For 5 days somemore???
But gd thing abt my department is, they got a v.nice snack break. Today, there was a mooncake snack break, so i got free mooncake while stephanie and jasmine's department got none(wahahahahaha).
Let's pray tml becomes a better day.

Went to watch Murder of the Inugami Family with xh and yw yesterday. It's some classic kindaichi film, except it's not abt the teenager kindaichi, but abt his grandpa.

It went ^ becuz the corpse was rly tamade disgusting. Imagine u behead someone and put that head on a life-size doll, replacing that doll's head.
Before the movie, yw the bastard gave me a shock la.
- Before eating, he suddenly searched for his pocket for movie tickets.
- Couldn't find them.
- Then he search for his bag.
- Couldn't find them either.
- He search his pocket again, while i search his bag.
- We both couldn't find them.
- I searched my pocket this time.
- Also couldn't find them.
- He went and walk around to find them.
- Turns out, they drop out when he pull out his wallet, so the tickets were lying neatly on the floor.
- If some evil guy came along, saw it and took it away, i tink i'm gonna make yw swallow all the green chilli in the big bowl.
The bastard cannot be trusted with important stuff.
