Won't be blogging for the whole of next wk..........Apparently, i'll be wking all the way till thurs, before i head off to cruise on friday. And will only be back on sunday, so for those who wanna jio me out to play or sth, i'll be unavailable next wk.
It looks like my interest in trying out new things had caused me a damn lot of trouble. Well, it all had to do with where i went to today.
- Woke up in morning.
- Took MRT with da jie and mum to Bugis.
- Had lunch there(We arrived at 12+)
- Went down to the buddhist temple at bugis, can't rmbr the name la.
- Got a bit shocked at the amt of ppl there.
- Also got a bit shocked at the amt of beggers there.
- Still got a bit shocked at the amt of fortune tellers there.
- Went into temple, a lot of ppl......
- Tinking wat a disbeliever is doing in here(Who do u tink i'm refering to?:D)
- Decided to try out the shake-the-cup-until-a-stick-drops-out thingy.
- Found out the formula to doing it.
- Instead of shaking it up and down, u should do it in clockwise direction.
- My stick dropped out in 5min.
- Da jie shaked for 15min before a stick dropped out.
- Didn't wanted to go to have the fortune teller read the stick, but bo bian, mum insist.
- Saying stick is rather wrong. We got the stick, we changed it into a piece of paper and give the fortune teller the paper.
- Feeling kinda amused, the fates of so many ppl who come here are all limited to all those bits of paper.
- Da jie got a gd one, since she's a gal.
- Hers got sth to do with 'female dominance', i can't rly rmbr.
- Mine, not so good one, cuz it means gd things will come, but will turn out to be bad things.
- Actually, i wasn't tinking abt anything when i shaked the thing, all i did was tink 'Let a stick drop out, let a stick drop out..............'
- Looks like the fortune was true after all. Gd thing was, a stick dropped out.
- Bad thing was, i made mum waste 10 bucks on, changing my fortune or sth?
- End up, maybe it did helped me change my fortune, i picked up 6 bucks while walking.
- 4 bucks gone to eating tao hui and drink soya bean milk.
Reason i went there was, my mum forced me to. Apparently, the dragons offended some tai sui or sth, so we gotta go and pray to buddha and hope the tai sui lets us off. But honestly, i dun believe in such stuff, and telling me to go pray to buddha is equal to asking me to go pray to some crab i noe, at least the crab is more reliable:D
Well, my entry above wasn't to offend ppl who has religion, but more to express my feelings of wat i tink, So for those who read this entry, no offence, dudes.
Once again, if u believe, they exist. If u dun believe, they nvr will exist, not in ur mind, at least.
